Research

My research at fortiss is about human-AI interaction. In particular, I am interested in how AI, despite its imperfection, can support human decision-making in high-stakes domains like aviation, finance, or healthcare. To this end, I am looking into how AI can augment human decision-making instead of recommending a decision without involving the human.
